Advisory Services under SARFAESI Act

• Accounting Advisory on impact of various Accounting Standards like Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) , IFRS and AS impact under different regulation like Income tax , Company Law, etc.

• Book Keeping Advisory to the Insolvency Professional (IP) for preparation of accounts and impact of tax and Accounting regulation on financial statement.

• Assist the Authorized officer in taking position under section 13(4) of the securitization Act and arrange for appointment of government approved valuers as per the Securitization Act.

• Preparation of First Information Report for all the non- performing borrowers and pooling of the non-performing assets in various buckets.

• Assist the bank in assignment of the non-performing financial assets to ARC’s under the Securitization Act.

• Assist the Bank in conducting the financial and legal due diligence in assignment of the debt.

• Assist the Bank in formulating the bid document for assignment of the debt.

• Assist the Bank in negotiating and consummation of the assignment.

• Drafting of the assignment agreement between the Bank and the ARC’s.
